Pesto recipes
As usual in Italy like in any other country there are as much recipes as regions. For the pesto it's the same. You can make Pesto alla genovese, pesto rosso (red), from Sicily, ... . Hereafter, you'll find some of those. The preparation is very easy, You put all the ingredients into a pestle and pound with mortar (or use an mixer) until getting a smooth and silky cream.
